As the operator of this personal instance, Jared Moore is responsible for:

  • Managing credentials and authentication tokens securely

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

n8n software is provided by n8n.io GmbH, and this self-hosted instance is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to n8n.io GmbH except as a user of their software.

This instance does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that any workflows or automations will function without errors. Jared Moore accepts responsibility for maintaining the service for personal use.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL JARED MOORE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
  • ANY AUTOMATED ACTIONS PERFORMED BY THE SERVICE
  • ANY DISRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE

6. Intellectual Property

n8n software is owned by n8n.io GmbH and is subject to their intellectual property rights and licenses.

All content created, processed, or generated through workflows on this instance belongs to Jared Moore or the respective owners of the original content.

"Calendar.Express" is operated by Jared Moore and used for identification purposes for this personal instance.

7. Termination

Access to this service is controlled by Jared Moore, who reserves the right to terminate or suspend the service at any time for any reason without notice.

Termination may include the deletion or archiving of workflows and data stored within the n8n instance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Third-Party Services

This service connects to third-party services, notably Google services, through their APIs. Use of those services through this n8n instance is also subject to their respective terms and conditions:
